Hnry Tools - Expense Delete Button

Adds a delete button to Hnry expense edit pages. Because Hnry Developers couldnt be bothered

Adds a delete button to Hnry.io Accounts System so you can delete a expense from within the expense, this is a key feature that has never been implemented by hnry so this tool adds this functionality so you dont have to keep backing out of expenses to figure out and guess what ones you want to delete. This is especially useful if you use the zapier intergration which logs all expenses with a genereic "raised by zapier" description.
