I can not log into MYSMS on my Chromebook

I can not log into MYSMS on my Chromebook and do not know why. I am 76 in poor health and depend on this to communicate. Thank you.

Unable to log in

I cannot login via Chrome on my desktop. Attempts to log in through Google just dump me back on the login page. I have used this extension successfully for about 2 years and now I can't login.

Problems with desktop texting

I used mysms before on my desktop, ph and tablet, I tried another app, but tried to return to mysms. It works fine on my ph and tablet but not on my desktop. I can open up the site but tap on texts list but the curser will on to go into the response window. I can answer once if someone texts me but I can't respond the 2nd time, nor text anyone else. My sole purpose is to use my desktop for texting and it's very frustrating!

The program will not run on PC. It keeps saying to wait a moment as it is updating. Stays like that 24/7.
How do I fix. I am paying for Premium but not getting it.
I do not like using it on Chrome as I prefer PC.
