Access via Chrome

Please, can spmeone/anyone help me to hopefully navigate the WAZE services thru my Chrome as an extention, I believe?
I have the app already, or as well- however my cellphone is scting up & I'm unable to get to that app now. Therefore I'm trying to just add it to my Chrome. It shows that I'm logged in, however am unablevto see/do anything other than recieve Support,( how I'm writting you) Overview & ability of viewing the Weather. I should rather say, how I'm really Only able to see these icons in a box in the midfle of the 1st page( as far as I know anyways, meaning I'm not able to get directions, search snything ad if when I'm in your app! Which has become most frustrating to say the very least!)
So somebody needs to contact me on either # provided so that I might gain some sort of access already! I've been tring for this pasy hour so far to no avail & am getting incredibly upset w/ each passing wasted minute of MY Valuable Time!
