HMDIA Note keeps information connected to the websites and pages where it matters, while storing your notes locally by default. No account or Premium license is required for local note-taking. OPTIONAL PREMIUM FEATURES An active HMDIA Note Premium license adds: • Reusable color-coded tags • Create, select, edit, recolor, and delete tags through the central Tag Library • Filter and organize notes using tags • Advanced appearance customization for popup and sidebar backgrounds, main interface colors, tabs, typography, note previews, open-note cards, borders, action buttons, hover states, and tags • Choose which note-preview action buttons are displayed • Choose how many lines of note content appear in previews • Separate appearance settings for Light and Dark themes • Reset customized appearance settings whenever needed • Automatic encrypted synchronization through your own Google Drive account • Manual “Sync now” control, synchronization-password management, and disconnect controls GOOGLE DRIVE SYNCHRONIZATION AND PRIVACY Google Drive access is optional and requested only when you choose to connect it. HMDIA Note uses Google Drive’s hidden app-data folder through limited app-data permission and cannot access your regular Google Drive files. Synchronization data is encrypted inside your browser with AES-256-GCM before it is uploaded. Synchronization can run automatically after changes and through periodic checks, or manually when you select “Sync now.” HMDIA servers do not receive your synchronized note content, Google account details, Google Drive access token, Drive files, synchronization password, or encryption key. Premium license verification is handled separately and does not include your note content. Premium features require a separately purchased active HMDIA Note license.
