Can't list all cookies for all site. Or search and list for any site. Can't import from file. Can't open at a new tab. Not so much useful.

in every page I get the following message "You do not have the permission required to read the cookies for this page. Request permission for..." there are two buttons this page or all the pages but none the buttons are working...what can I do ?
