asbplayer: Language-learning with subtitles

I seem to be having an issue where most of the time I load ASB player on a youtube video the subtitles don't synch with the audio. I've tried to play around with some settings and it doesn't seem to fix the desync issues. I would appreciate any help.

It‘s really the best extention for anki I've ever seen!!! But also when mining on youtube, it seems that the recording ends several milliseconds ahead of the cutting ponit. After I set the cutting point and hit the white dot at right of the audio field, it starts to record and I hear the audio exactly I need. This is the best extension that I ever saw. I love it because a can see any site with the special subtitles, lenguaje reactor can´t do that, and the best of all is that you can change de speed of the subtitles with just changing the speed of it.

I use it for adding subtitles to places where there are no subs, like adding jp subs to anime websites. Great extension!!!

Honestly gamechanging extension for language learning by sentence mining. I recommend this extension to anyone interested in being serious about learning languages (japanese or not!). I just wish it wasn't coded using MUI hahaha

I couldn't watch my animes with japanese subtitles because it's so rare to find one but finding this extansion was one of the best things that has happened to me through my learning journey
