Literally no support and nobody is on the line behind the site. All support links are broken (links to a different services with the company profile), support chat is silent, just like email box. So, avoid it. Do not install it. And do not suggest to a trial period.

Beware of these scammers...They charge your card and if you don't want to use their services. And the services of their software are terrible, totally unusable. What I thought was an Awesome tool Soon Found out I got scammed... I got charged $284 and then a 2nd chart of $34 dollars for no apparent reason. I have been contacting support for weeks now with no response. DO NOT GIVE THEM BANK INFO
