Overview

Sort, group and organise your browser tabs automatically.

Too many tabs? Tab Manager takes care of them while you browse. Tabs group themselves by site. Groups stay where you put them. Duplicates close themselves. The rest folds away. A whole window can be put away, and opened again later. Set it up once. Then forget about it. Nothing moves, groups or closes until you turn it on. ────────────────────────────── 🌐 VISIT PAGE Every switch, shown doing its job, on one page. No install, no account. https://tab-manager.yron.ai ────────────────────────────── 🆕 NEW IN 7.3.2 • Closing duplicates by domain reads the domain in your address bar. Gmail and Drive are two sites. Each keeps its tab. • The question before a clear-out names the rule it is about to use, and what that rule closes. • The Tab Manager mark opens the home page. • Comment opens the review page on Firefox. ────────────────────────────── ✨ WHAT IT DOES 🌐 Groups tabs by site Five Google tabs, one group. You choose how tight. 🧭 Puts the rest where you want it Tabs in no group sit after your groups, or held at the front. Your call. 🎯 Follows your own rules Call a group Work. Say what belongs in it. Your rules win. 🔀 Keeps groups in order The group you want, always in the same place. By name or by size. 🔤 Keeps tabs in order too Sort inside a group, by title, by site, or by how much you use them. 💡 Sort your tabs without moving your groups. Two switches, two lanes. ⏪ Jumps back to the tab you were just on Control+Q on a Mac, Alt+Q everywhere else. Press it again to keep going back, and Shift to come forward again — back and forward, the way they work everywhere else. Or set it to flip between the last two tabs, and press again to come straight back. It only changes which tab you are on, and it works from the first press. 🧹 Closes duplicates Open a page you already have, keep one tab — or two, or three, if you want the room. Never the tab you are on. Never a pinned tab. Off until you turn it on — and it shows you what it will close before it closes it. 🔢 Shows how big a group is 5 · Google, right in the name. 📌 Keeps your key groups first They stay at the front, in your order. 📁 Shows the groups you are using One at a time, or up to five. The rest folds away. It only folds. A group you closed yourself stays closed. 💾 Puts a window away for later Save the window you are in. Groups, colours and every tab. Open it again any time, as a new window of its own. One window is kept. Saving another replaces it, and asks first. ────────────────────────────── ✅ YOUR SETUP STAYS YOURS Arranged some tabs by hand? That work is safe. • Your groups keep their colours. Auto group names the ones it manages. • Pinned tabs never move, and never close. • Tabs slide into place. Nothing is torn down and rebuilt. • Nothing closes unless you switch on Close duplicates. • A saved window opens beside your work. The one you are in is left alone. • Its tabs come back at the addresses you saved them from. ────────────────────────────── 🎯 ONE JOB, DONE PROPERLY It organises the tabs you have open, and keeps one window you saved. That is the whole job. • One saved window. It stays in this browser, on this computer. • Nothing is synced. Not to another browser, not to another machine. • Your browser's own pages and files on your disk are not saved. They have no web address. • A saved window cannot be edited. Arrange it and save over it instead. • With grouping on, a reopened window is regrouped by site. You are warned first. • Memory and sleeping tabs — your browser's job. • Closed one you wanted? Ctrl+Shift+T brings it back. • The group menu on your bookmarks bar is the browser's own. No extension can reach it. • Chrome, Edge, Brave — and Firefox 140 or newer. ────────────────────────────── 🔒 IT ALL STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER Your tabs say a lot about you. We never see them. • No account. No sign-in. • No servers, no analytics, no tracking. • Settings stay in your browser. Your tabs never leave it. • A window you save stays there too. All of it works with the internet off. • Nothing is sent anywhere unless you write feedback and press send — and never a tab address, a tab title or a group name. ────────────────────────────── 💬 A REAL PERSON READS YOUR FEEDBACK There is a link inside the extension. It goes straight to the person who builds this. ────────────────────────────── Spend a minute on it. Then stop thinking about your tabs. https://tab-manager.yron.ai
