Flaw Counter

I purchased your 'flaw counter' on 11/6/2019 for one year. It worked well until Saturday, June 20,2020. Now it no longer shows on the IBD stock checkup page. I thought it should go through this November. Thanks for your help. Edward Adkison

Cannot open stock checkup flaw counter app.

I downloaded the stock check up app and a green ball appeared that I pinned to my screen. When I click on it nothing happens. Also, the screen on the chrome web store only highlights the all but the last option to click on while downloading the app. Please advise.

Stock flaw screen does not engage

I managed to get to the flaw check-up screen but it does not engage. The app shows on my google app screen, I click on it and the app screen comes up but I cannot engage the app or enter any data. All choices light up when I click on them but nothing engages. I am in the google browser when I do this. Any ideas?
