Folioflight fills in job applications for you and keeps track of every one, without sending your data anywhere. FILL FORMS IN SECONDS • Open a job application on any of 60+ supported job sites and applicant-tracking systems, and the form fills itself from your profile. • Your named resume versions ("Backend v5") are uploaded with their original file names, and the version you sent is saved with the job. • Anything it isn't sure about appears as a suggestion next to the field, for you to accept or skip. It never clicks Submit or Next. • Fix a field once (right-click → "Folioflight: fix this field…") and it's remembered on every site. • If a site pre-fills something from your resume that differs from your profile, you see both and choose. TRACK EVERY APPLICATION • Jobs are saved when you apply, together with the job description, so you still have it after the posting is taken down. • Optional email tracking for Gmail and Outlook: replies like "Unfortunately…" or "We'd like to schedule an interview" become suggested updates. Nothing on your board changes until you confirm. • Follow-up reminders, interview dates you can add to your calendar, and a warning before you apply to the same job twice. • See which resume version gets replies. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Runs on your computer. No account, no sign-in, no Folioflight server: the developer never receives your data. • Email is read on your computer only, only after you allow it, and only from the last 6 months. • The optional local AI (a small model downloaded once, about 23 MB) only picks among your own saved answers. It never writes answers for you. Folioflight never submits an application, never sends email and never makes up answers. You stay in control of every application.
