Unfortunately, it doesn't sort numbers properly. For example, after 100 comes 1100 and then 200.

April 2024 - If you click on options on supersorter extension it opens up, and allows you to find and remove Many duplicates with a click of a button or two. It did not find empty folders for me, so I used a different extension. I was able to delete 368 duplicates caused by importing from a different computer which had a slightly different master folder etc... THANK You.

Google has now fixed things so this extension no longer works. If their witless devs can't recursively sort bookmarks, why should anyone else be able to?

I love this extension, I could not find any bookmark without it. But of late, there is an important limitation - it also sorts the bookmarks in the bookmarks bar. This is a pain. I organize the bookmarks in my bookmarks bar by functional group, and the sorting messes that up. It would be great if sorting left the bookmarks bar at the top of the browser alone, or had a setting to include/ exclude bookmarks in the bookmarks bar. great extension so far, but a little logic error: in the settings it says "Ignore the Bookmarks Bar when SORTING" but with this enabled it does not find duplicates in the bookmarks bar!

I loved this extension when I first installed it, and it worked great. It has stopped working within the last week or so, and simply doesn't sort my bookmarks anymore (manually or automatically).

My favourite bookmark sorter, have used it for many years. Has all the settings I need. Make sure to tick "Enable sorting bookmarks bar" if you have folders in the bookmarks bar like me. To the person saying they couldn't find the options, it's literally "Right click on extension > options" not sure what's hard about that.
