hirly writes a resume and cover letter for the specific job you are applying to, then fills the employer's application form with them - in your own browser, on the employer's own site. You are always the one who submits. hirly fills the form and stops. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect the extension to your hirly account. 2. Open a job on LinkedIn or on a supported job board. 3. Press "Fill with hirly". Your details, your tailored resume and your saved screening answers go into the form. 4. Read what it wrote, fix anything you want, and press the employer's submit button yourself. WHERE IT WORKS hirly runs on the application forms used by the major hiring platforms, and on company careers pages you choose to give it access to. When a job posting hands you off to the employer's own form, hirly follows and carries on filling there. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO - It never submits an application for you. - It never invents an answer to a legal question. Work authorisation and sponsorship questions are filled only from answers you gave; an unanswered question is left for you. - It does not attach a resume it could not produce. If the tailored PDF is not ready, it says so rather than attaching something else. PRIVACY No analytics, no tracking, no third-party code.
