HiringCoachAI Job Importer saves job postings into your HiringCoachAI job search workspace without retyping anything, then helps you act on them: tailor your resume, write a cover letter, prep for the interview, and track your stage, right from the saved job. HOW IT WORKS On any job posting page, click the toolbar icon (or press Alt+Shift+H, or right-click selected text and choose "Save selected text to HiringCoachAI"). The extension reads the title, company, location, and description from the page, shows you an editable preview, and adds it to your tracker when you confirm. HiringCoachAI cleans up and structures the text on our servers after import, then scores your fit and surfaces next steps. On linkedin.com, a "Save to HiringCoachAI" button appears directly on job pages. While you are signed in, opening the page automatically checks its URL against your tracker, so the button shows "View in HiringCoachAI" instead when you already saved it, without you needing to click first. On any LinkedIn profile page, click the toolbar icon to check the top card (name, headline, location, company) that is already visible. On your own profile, this also reads the sections visible on that page and imports it as the starting point for your LinkedIn Profile Recommendations; on anyone else's profile, the extension reads no further than that top card unless you choose "Save as a contact". The extension never navigates LinkedIn pages on its own: if a section is truncated, it shows an "Add this list to HiringCoachAI" button on the LinkedIn page you open yourself to see the rest, and reads it only when you click that button. On someone else's LinkedIn profile page, "Save as a contact" saves the name, headline, current company, location, and profile link already visible on that page as a private networking contact in your account, after you confirm. It never signs in to LinkedIn, never loads LinkedIn pages in the background, and never uses your LinkedIn session or cookies. ACCOUNT Sign in once with your existing HiringCoachAI account. The extension links to your account through a secure sign-in flow; it does not ask for your HiringCoachAI password. Sign out at any time from the extension popup to remove the stored connection. REQUIREMENTS A free or paid HiringCoachAI account at https://hiringcoach.ai. This extension reads the page you are actively viewing when you click the icon, use the keyboard shortcut, or use the right-click menu or an in-page button, with one automatic exception: while signed in, opening a LinkedIn job page checks that page's URL against your tracker so the in-page button can show "View in HiringCoachAI". Other than that check, it does not run in the background on pages you have not interacted with, and it does not read your browsing history.
