HiringAssist: interview copilot

Live hints next to your Meet, Zoom or Teams interview: what to follow up on and what you haven't checked yet.

HiringAssist is a second interviewer that sits in your browser's side panel during real job interviews. Before the call, prepare the interview on hiringsim.tech: paste the vacancy and the candidate's CV, and tick what you mustn't forget to check (money and notice period, real level, reason for leaving, gaps in dates, whose merit a result really is, or your own items). During the call, open the side panel on the tab with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Yandex Telemost and press “Connect this tab”. HiringAssist listens to the call and your microphone and gives short hints: “He said ‘we launched it’, ask what he did himself”, “A number with no base: from what, over what period?”, “★ Money hasn't come up yet”. The checklist ticks itself as topics get covered. After the call you get notes with quotes: what the candidate stated, what is still unverified, questions for the next round, and feedback on your own questioning. People make the decisions: HiringAssist doesn't assess emotions or personality and gives no hiring verdict. The candidate must be told the conversation is transcribed; you confirm this before starting. Works in six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Russian.
