Overview

Save LinkedIn™ profiles you view to Excel and manage candidates with a dashboard, talent map and hiring pipeline.

HireMate is a side panel for recruiters. Open a candidate's LinkedIn profile, save it in one click and export a clean Excel shortlist - then manage your whole talent pool in one dashboard. SAVE & EXPORT • Every role, period, company, industry, job description and school in numbered Excel columns • Edit any field before saving; copy one row straight into Excel • Search people by title, location, current company and industry and shortlist the ones you like DASHBOARD • Overview of your saved talent pool, with filters, notes and tags • Talent map: top companies, industries, schools, experience and time at current company • Who is likely to move: an estimate based on career patterns in your own saved pool, with the reasons • Projects: one board per opening — drag candidates from Sourced to Hired, track your hiring funnel • Refresh saved profiles and get flagged when someone changes jobs PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your candidate data is stored only in your browser - HireMate has no server that receives it • No account needed; works with the profiles you can already see with your own LinkedIn login • Never sends messages, invitations or posts; bulk actions are capped and paced to protect your account • Automatic deletion after a retention period you choose, backup and delete-all FREE & PREMIUM Free: save profiles, Excel export, dashboard and talent map, search extraction of 10 profiles per run (50 per day), up to 3 projects, top-3 "likely to move" preview. Premium feature: unlimited search extraction, current role & experience in search results, the full "likely to move" list and unlimited projects. Activate with the license key from your purchase.
