Hippo Video: Video and Screen Recorder

Am I the one only facing the below issue? It doesn't save my settings, it closes tabs when I pause the recording. Recently I tried this extension Web Cam - Record Video or Image. I would suggest to give a try and it has additional feature as well which is also worth to install.

I'm a long-term user of hippovideo and hate to give a bad rating but I really don't like the new update which has completely ruined this extension. It doesn't save my settings, it closes tabs when I pause the recording. It doesn't take me to the video page inside hippovideo anymore, so now I have to navigate there manually each time after recording. It was really easy to use before, now it's a nuisance. Please bring the old extension back.

I can't save some of my videos, is a waste of time that I have to record the same video over and over again because it is not saved

Freaky ,everytime i click the button its just sign up and sign-in so boring ,and if i want to record some tab everything turning about should me to download again,but i has finished download,what it is?

Hippo Video works when it want to. I have had several issues with recording videos. The company has been established long enough to fix the bugs that cause issues in the recordings. I have problems with it downloading and sometimes just working. It should not matter how I'm recording but they recommended Chrome. Well, Chrome is not working.
