The extension works as a co-pilot for your call - a playbook opens automatically during calls in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft teams (in web version) and the answers are collected automatically based on your conversation. You have control over what's sent to the CRM - you can set fields with your own notes and view entire conversation transcript after the call.
