ApplyKeep sits in Chrome's side panel next to the job posting you are reading and helps you prepare an application that is tailored and true. WHAT IT DOES • Fit analysis: compares the posting with your profile and shows a fit category (strong, medium or weak) with the skills that match, the ones that are missing, the strengths to highlight and how to address gaps honestly. No made-up percentages. • Improve my CV for this job: new wordings for the bullets of your experience that bring out what the posting looks for, shown before → after with the reason. You accept or reject each one, and your profile changes only when you save. A suggestion only rephrases what its bullet already says. • Cover letters in 26 languages: a draft tailored to the posting, in the posting's language or the one you choose, in a formal, neutral or warm tone, with the salutation and closing that language expects. 8 languages have full support (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish); 18 more are in beta and labelled as such. • CV formats for Europe: print your saved profile as a German Lebenslauf, a Europass-style CV, a concise Nordic/Dutch CV or an international English CV, with headings in the language of the format, and save it as a PDF. Each format comes with a short note on its norms, such as whether a photo is expected. • Form filling: open an application form and press "Fill this form". It fills the fields it is sure about (name, email, phone, address, country, LinkedIn, website, current job) from the personal details you keep on your computer, asks before replacing anything already typed, and lists the fields left for you. It never clicks "Submit" or "Next", and Undo puts everything back. • Profile completeness: a score from 0 to 100 for how complete and specific your profile is, with what to add next. It is worked out on your computer and says nothing about your chances of being hired. • Application tracker: save postings, follow their status (saved, applied, interview, rejected, offer), keep notes and dates, and see on the toolbar icon when a follow-up is due. • Reads postings where you find them: job boards, career pages that publish job data, and postings embedded from applicant tracking systems. Where a page can't be read, select the text or paste it. HONEST BY DESIGN The AI works only with what is in your profile. It may rephrase and emphasise, but it is instructed never to invent jobs, degrees, skills, numbers or dates. All generated text is labelled as AI-generated and editable: read it before you send it. ApplyKeep never applies for you: it fills a form only when you press "Fill this form", never submits it, never clicks "Apply" or "Next", and sends nothing to employers. YOUR DATA • Your CV, profile, personal details, applications and CV photo stay on your computer. • Contact details found in your CV, the profile score and your CV's language are worked out on your computer, without AI. • Pages are read only when you press a button, never in the background. • Data leaves your computer only when you press an AI button, and only what that feature needs: your profile and the posting (without its address) for an analysis, a letter or CV improvements, and your CV text (without email addresses and phone numbers) when you fill in your profile from your CV. They go to our server in the EU (Frankfurt), which passes them to the Claude API by Anthropic. Our server doesn't store them: it keeps only your account email, plan and usage counters. • "Delete all my data" in Settings deletes your account and everything stored on your computer. FREE BETA You need an account only for the AI features; everything else works without one. Sign in with Google, or with your email address and a 6-digit code (no password). Every month you get 10 fit analyses, 3 cover letters, 2 CV imports and 1 CV improvement for free. The CV formats, form filling, profile score and tracker don't use the AI and are not limited. A Pro plan with more AI uses is coming later; in Settings → Plan you can ask to be told when it is available. PERMISSIONS ApplyKeep has no access to your browsing when you install it. It reads the tab you are on only after you click its toolbar icon, or on a site you allowed with one click, and only when you press a button.
