Overview
A calm focus timer, a box-breathing square and gentle reminders. Popup, side panel, or a small window you can drag anywhere.
A focus timer and a breathing square that look and sound like they belong on a desk you actually want to sit at. Pick the minutes, press start, and work. The timer lives in the browser, not in the window — close the popup, switch tabs, the count keeps going. The extension icon shows the minutes left. • Box breathing: four seconds in, hold, four out, hold. A dot travels around the square; follow it, nothing to read. • Thirteen ambient sounds: Rain, Ocean Waves, Forest, Flowing Stream, Wind, Fireplace, Brown Noise, Pink Noise, Om Chant, and four binaural tracks: Delta 2.5 Hz — Deep Sleep, Theta 5 Hz — Meditation, Beta 16 Hz — Productivity, Gamma 40 Hz — Deep Focus. • Three shapes: the popup, Chrome's side panel, or a small window you can drag anywhere. • A soft chime and a desktop notification when a session ends. • Gentle reminders you switch on yourself — water, a stretch, a look out of the window — each with its own time and days of the week. All of them start off. No account. No sign-in. No server. The extension cannot read your tabs, your history or any page you visit — it asks for no site access at all, and nothing you do here leaves your machine. Hima focus started as an app blocker for iPhone, built on Apple's Screen Time framework. This is the desk-side half of it, and it is free.
