Highlight to Markdown lets you highlight text on any web page, attach notes in the margin, and export everything to a clean Markdown file — ideal for feeding your reading into Obsidian or any notes app. FEATURES • Highlight any selected text — pick from 5 soft Morandi colors • Margin notes — a note that floats beside your highlight; choose left/right side, gap, and it auto-sizes to fit • Persistent — highlights are saved per page and reappear when you come back • Export to Markdown — export the current page or all pages; each highlight becomes a > quote with its note, plus the article title, URL and timestamps • Save straight into a folder — optionally bind a folder (e.g. your Obsidian vault) and exports write directly there; otherwise they download • On/off switch to pause highlighting anytime PRIVACY Everything is stored locally in your browser.
