Horrible experience as I am not able to access my Crypto Mobile App account after some application updates from Crypto.com. If the Crypto customer services is reviewing these feedbacks and is really dedicated to help, then should broadcast their reply with a reliable contact information to contact them back to resolve our issues.

This stopped working 2-years ago and devs have done NOTHING to correct it. This and the flaws with the Apple version of the exchange wallet lead me to believe there is some major incompetence over there - or at least a very bad business model. This company has superior products to the other exchange that rhymes with doinbase - yet the competitor has many more times the users. Why, because the competitors app works all the time.
