Plugin does not work
I activated the blur option but it doesnt apply to youtube. So i still have thumbnails shown. How can i fix that?

Block unsubbed channels?
Can you add an option to allow thumbnails for video on channels you are subscribed to and block thumbnails for channels you are not subbed to?

Add duration of video
Great plugin! Is it possible to remove the thumbnail while still being able to see the duration of the video before viewing it? Perhaps have a separate option to toggle whether it should be displayed or not? As a suggestion, it could be added below the views and date added.
