Hide n' Seek: Hide Promoted Jobs & Companies

Hide n'seek was powerful but for few days (or weeks ?) impossible for me to hide promoted jobs, only possible to hide companies ... Sorry, may be it's because of my bad english but I still have the problem., possible to hide companies but not promoted jobs Sorry but I don't have (and don't need) github account to connect

Note: The new version should be available in 1-3 days on Chrome Web Store or it can be manually installed through GitHub. So far I've not been able to reproduce it, but I'm continuing to look into it. To better track the issue, I published it on the support site (https://github.com/damianmgarcia/Hide-n-Seek/issues/32). If possible, can you provide a link to the job or to any other affected jobs as well as a screenshot of what the listings look like? I'm wondering if you're seeing a different version of LinkedIn than I'm seeing, which could be due to LinkedIn doing A/B testing. Unfortunately, the Adecco jobs in Zurich that I searched for didn't have any issues when I clicked the block button. Thanks so much for your feedback! I'll do my best to resolve the issue.

Life-saving Chrome extension if you want to streamline your job search. Only question is, if I was to switch computers, how would I retain my list? I have 140+ companies blocked but I don't see a cloud backup or a way to export my list.

Update 2024-07-29: Hide n' Seek now lets you backup your settings and hidden jobs to a file on your device, and then restore them later when you need to. Thank you for the feedback and for your question! Although it's currently not possible to backup your blocked companies, the extension does make use of Chrome's built-in sync feature to sync your settings and blocked companies. So, if you were to sign into your Google account on Chrome on another device, and then download the extension, the extension should automatically sync and get your blocked companies from the other device. However, I think adding the ability to manually import and export settings is a great idea and I will look into adding that feature. :)

Found this gem through reddit, makes my job searching infinitely better I recommend this to EVERYONE using LinkedIn.

This is an absolutely awesome extension! I've been using it on the daily and it really does its job perfectly! I have since shifted from Chrome to Firefox, are you considering porting the extension to Firefox in the near future?
