This extension helps you notice how much time you spend scrolling, and turns the moment you'd keep going into a chance to memorize Scripture. It works on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit. You choose a limit, such as 5 videos or 15 minutes. When you reach it, videos pause and images blur until you type a short Bible verse from memory. If you'd rather not, you can keep reading with media hidden or close the tab. New verses are shown first so you can read them, then hidden so you can type them yourself. Missed words are highlighted, and a hint shows the first letter of each word. Verses come back on a spaced schedule so they stay with you, and a practice page lets you review any time. The verses are the 60 from the Navigators Topical Memory System. The World English Bible is included. If you prefer the ESV or NIV, you can add your own free API key from the publisher and the text downloads to your browser. There is no account, and there are no ads or tracking. Your settings and progress are stored only in your browser. You can change your limits or turn the extension off at any time.
