HIC Talent Engine
Overview
Send the LinkedIn profile you have open to the HireIn Cloud ATS, with its fit against the role.
HIC Talent Engine is HireIn Cloud's internal recruiting tool. With a LinkedIn profile open, the panel tells you whether that person is already in a process, computes how well they match the role you pick by reading their career, and records them in the company ATS in one click. On a people search, it lists the results on screen with checkboxes so you can record several at once, and greys out the ones we already have so you do not duplicate them. HOW IT WORKS · Open the profile or the search you care about on LinkedIn. · Open the HIC Talent Engine panel. · Pick the role and review the fit. · Add the candidate. They enter the ATS as 1.1 Sourced. WHAT IT READS Only the page you already have open, and only when you open the panel or press a button. It does not navigate to other pages, does not page through lists automatically, does not open profiles, and does not run in the background. INTERNAL USE Requires an access token issued by HireIn Cloud. Without that token the extension does nothing. It is not intended for public use.
