Build tables in Webflow CMS Rich Text without writing HTML. Rich Text has no table element, so tables usually end up as hand-written HTML embeds. Tablesmith adds a table editor to the Webflow Designer. How it works 1. In a Rich Text field, click + and choose Table. 2. Type in the cells, or paste from Google Sheets, Excel or Notion. 3. Click Insert table. The table is saved as an HTML embed and shows as a preview in the field. Hover it to edit. Editing • Add and delete rows and columns • Links, bold, italic and line breaks • Paste keeps links and formatting • Undo and redo Output Plain HTML with the ts-table class. No inline styles or scripts. Style it with your site's CSS. Existing tables Hand-written tables show as a preview too. Tablesmith edits them only if it can keep every detail.
