Overview
Extract most-replayed sections from YouTube into a playlist
Hi-Hops extracts the most-replayed sections of youtube video. Hi-hops chrome extension for Youtube is built to find the most-replayed peaks in the Youtube video on the page and organizes those for the user in a playlist -which can be played back-to -back or separately. What it does is Summarize Youtube video into the most important parts. It is most suitable for long music videos, long lectures, long podcast The user has a slider to detect the threshold sensitivity of the most-replayed peaks; the higher the threshold, the more relevant segments are detected and the less time the user watches. It summarizes videos based on most-replayed segments by users. Please beware: 1. It only works for Youtube videos which actually has a most-replayed graph (Older than 2 weeks with 50k views and more) 2. Clicking outside the extension closes it, so make sure to skip the ad and set the volume and play the video before you open it, otherwise you loose an attempt (free tier). 3. There are only 7 daily attempts in the free tier. 4. We use Youtube authentication to validate payments with Stripe. 5. The 'skip ad' button sometimes does not work due language changes or Youtube changing the way to interact with it. 6. Use responsibly and do not by-pass Google, Youtube or Hihops terms of use. 7. If it gives you a connection error, just refresh the browser.
