Overview

Adds a scrollbar to the YouTube sidebar and stops it from dragging the whole page along.

Adds a scrollbar to the sidebar while watching YouTube videos. 1.4: Changed to prevent the entire page from scrolling during touch operations. 1.3: Added modes. Added the ability to toggle scrolling on and off, as well as a mode to lock global scrolling. Updated to allow the display of a mode-switching button (configurable).
