SpectOcular EHR Transfer
Overview
Authorized local demographic transfer helper. Patient data is held in memory only.
SpectOcular Patient Transfer streamlines clinical research enrollment by securely transferring authorized patient demographic information from an EHR (RevolutionEHR is supported as of now) into the SpectOcular enrollment form. The extension allows clinical staff to capture a limited set of required demographic fields from an open patient record and autofill them into the verified SpectOcular clinical research workflow, reducing repetitive manual data entry and transcription errors. **Key features:** * Captures only the demographic fields required for enrollment * Autofills the verified SpectOcular enrollment form * Keeps patient information temporarily in memory only * Does NOT permanently store patient information * Does NOT transmit patient information to external services * Does NOT use analytics or tracking * Automatically discards captured information after transfer or expiration * Verifies the SpectOcular destination before transferring information * Never automatically submits forms or completes patient consent * Requires staff review before continuing the enrollment process SpectOcular Patient Transfer is intended for authorized clinical staff participating in approved SpectOcular research workflows. It is a data-entry assistance tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical decision-making. Compatibility - This extension is only compatible with RevolutionEHR as of now.
