Travela Support helps property hosts and the Travela team bring listings into Travela quickly, and gives Travela support agents one-click calling. FOR HOSTS — SYNC YOUR LISTING TO TRAVELA Already listed on Airbnb, Booking.com or GoZayaan? Don't retype everything. Open your own listing page and: • Download all your listing photos at full size as one ZIP file, with duplicates removed. • Export your listing details (title, description, amenities, location and more) as JSON or text, ready to add to Travela. • Pick only the photos you want, or save a single photo by hovering over it. • Open the photo gallery and download every photo in it with one click. • Optionally send the details to Claude to draft your Travela listing text. FOR TRAVELA SUPPORT AGENTS — CALLING • Click a guest's phone button in the Travela agent panel and the call is placed in your dialer automatically — no tab switching, no copying numbers. • A small dock on the agent panel shows your dialer status (Ready, Not ready, On call). • Go ready, set a break reason, hang up or transfer a call to the rating line without opening the dialer. • See which agents are online and their current status. The calling features only appear inside Travela's staff panel. PRIVACY • No account, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. • Everything is processed in your browser. Files are saved straight to your computer. • Data is only sent somewhere when you ask for it: listing details go to Claude only when you click "Send to Claude", and for agents a phone number goes to Travela's dialer when they click call.
