Acapela TTS Engine

Please update the extension ASAP to support Google's new system. CHrome 130 and later disable it, and I don't want to lose this. I paid for a voice that I rely on every day when I use the ChromeVox screen reader.

I’m disabled, and need help to read. I'll just cut to the chase, I'll be reviewing facts not opinions. FYI, I can only understand English. Is it actually free: No, and neither are the voices. Simple didn't work. Followed the instructions and it didn't work. So, uninstall, remove permissions to access my Google account, next app.

It doesn't work! Because: Remote voices list unavailable {"ERROR":"401","url":"https://andrvcechrm.acapela-group.com/index/getvoicelist"} Downloading https://andrvcechrm.acapela-group.com/index/getvoicelist failed, HTTP failure status code: 401.

Can't buy a voice through the extension.

I can get it to work with Chromevox but not with text to speech.

Doesnt work

The extension won't let me purchase voices. Clicking the buy button next to any of the voices results in a message saying that the requested URL cannot be found on the server. Contacting Acapela by email and Twitter has yielded no results, and I am out of patience with the extension.
