Keep proven prompts and reusable workflows right beside every AI task. Promdock is a Chrome side-panel prompt workspace. Capture useful context while you are on the page, organize proven Prompts into Sets and Folders, and bring back the instructions and workflows that already work. Good prompts often disappear into old chats, scattered documents, and multiple versions. Promdock keeps the Prompt, its Note, and user-added result references together, so you can find what worked, remember why, and adapt a working copy without overwriting the source. CAPTURE BEFORE THE CONTEXT DISAPPEARS Select text on a regular webpage and open Quick Save or Notepad from the context menu, floating button, or supported shortcut. Review and shape the content before you save it. Promdock processes page content only when you trigger a supported feature; it does not continuously collect browsing history. FIND WHAT WORKED. REMEMBER WHY. Search your Library and reopen the relevant Prompt with its title, Note, category, and up to five user-added result images. Promdock stores those images as references with the Prompt; it does not generate them. TURN PROMPTS INTO REUSABLE WORKFLOWS Prompt, Set, and Folder form the core of the Promdock Library: - Save one reusable instruction as a Prompt. - Keep related Prompts in order as a Set. A Set organizes a process; it does not run automatically. - Group Prompts and Sets by project or task with Folders. - Find saved work with Library search, asset filters, and Prompt categories. Notepad, Snippets, and Quick Save reduce the friction around that core system: - Reuse short instructions with Snippets. - Keep temporary thinking in Notepad and turn a useful Note into a Prompt when it is ready. - Turn selected text into a reviewed Prompt with Quick Save. - Export a full or lightweight backup, validate imports, and recover items that need attention. ADAPT THE COPY. KEEP THE SOURCE. Use Edit Copy when today's audience, format, or constraints change. Work from an editable copy, reset it when needed, or create a new reusable version while the saved source Prompt stays intact. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT. SHARE ONLY WHAT IS READY. Your Library is private by default. When you choose, publish a Prompt or selected Prompts from a Set to Market, browse public work, and favorite or follow creators. Private and public content remain separate, and you can unpublish your own work. WORKS WITH THE AI TOOLS YOU ALREADY USE Promdock is a prompt workspace, not an AI model or chatbot. It does not run Prompts, generate answers, or automatically execute a Set. Copy a Prompt or working copy into the AI tool or work surface you choose. DATA AND PRIVACY - Promdock does not sell user data or use it for advertising. - Signed-in Extension usage analytics sends a limited allowlist of pseudonymous, personless feature-completion and reliability events through Promdock's Production endpoint to PostHog Cloud EU. This event stream does not include Prompt or Note text, titles, searches, selected text, page URLs or domains, images, files, email addresses, raw account IDs, authentication tokens, OTPs, or passwords. - Optional interaction replay is off by default and starts only after you turn it on for the current signed-in account and device. When enabled, it can include clicks, scrolling, interface changes, and visible content inside the Promdock popup and side panel, including Prompt and Note text, titles, searches, account details, images, and media. It is sent to PostHog Cloud EU with a random identifier rather than your email or raw account ID. - Interaction replay does not record other websites or tabs, your desktop, microphone, camera, passwords, verification codes, authentication forms or tokens, console logs, or network request and response bodies. Chrome extensions cannot run on Chrome Web Store pages or certain browser-internal pages. Install Promdock, pin it to the toolbar, open the side panel, and start building a reusable prompt workspace.
