Hey Quad Softphone

Make and take your Hey Quad business calls in Chrome: a softphone in a pop-out window or side panel, with click-to-dial.

Hey Quad Softphone puts your Hey Quad business phone line in Chrome. Sign in with your Hey Quad account and your extension rings right in the browser. Answer, place, hold and transfer calls without picking up a desk phone, and keep working in your other tabs while you talk. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Make and take calls on your company's Hey Quad numbers, with your business caller ID. • Keep the phone in a pop-out window or dock it in Chrome's side panel. Calls keep going when you switch tabs or close the panel. • Click to dial (optional, you turn it on): click any phone number link on a web page (your CRM, a customer's email, a search result) and confirm to call it. • Answer from any tab (optional, the same switch): an incoming-call card shows who is calling, with Accept and Decline. • Recents, voicemail, your team's extensions and your business text conversations, all in one place. • Incoming-call and missed-call notifications. • Sign in with your password or a passkey. WHO IT IS FOR Hey Quad Softphone is for people whose business uses Hey Quad for its phones. You need a Hey Quad user account with an extension; your company's Hey Quad administrator sets that up. There is nothing to configure in the extension itself. PRIVACY The extension talks only to Hey Quad (api.heyquad.com) and to Hey Quad's calling servers. It needs no access to the websites you visit. If you turn on click-to-dial, it looks for phone-number links on the pages you visit so you can click to dial them; it does not read, store or send the rest of the page. You can turn it off any time. Call audio goes directly between your browser and Hey Quad, encrypted. We do not sell your data. Privacy policy: https://heyquad.com/privacy The Hey Quad service and this extension are provided by HeyQuad LLC. Help: https://heyquad.com/support or support@heyquad.com
