Overview

Make and take Parley calls, and take queue calls, while Chrome is open.

Parley puts your business phone in Chrome's side panel. Make and take calls on your work number, search your contacts and take queue calls without leaving the page you're working on. What you can do: • Call any number or extension from the dial pad, and answer incoming calls with a notification even while the panel is closed • Search your company's contacts and your own, with your favourites one click away • Call a contact's number and let Parley dial their reception extension once it answers • See your recent calls named from your contacts, and save a new number as a contact in one click • Mute, hold, use the keypad and record calls (where your organisation allows it) • Switch queue calls on and off, and move a call into its own window Parley for Chrome needs a Parley account. Your organisation's administrator sets up your extension and number; sign in with the same email and password you use for the Parley web app.
