Quick, easy, effective, no permissions needed. Lovely. Option to hard refresh might be nice.

I appreciate the simplicity, but maybe it's a bit too simple. There's no indication of whether a tab is set to reload or not, you would have to go into each tab and click the extension to find out. Which, sadly, makes this hard to recommend. But I appreciate the concept for sure.
