Overview

Records the call you are already in and sends it to Henad, which writes up what was said.

Henad Recorder records a meeting from the browser tab you are already in, and sends the audio to your own Henad workspace. Henad transcribes it, writes a summary, and proposes the decisions and follow-ups that came out of the conversation for you to accept or reject. Nothing joins the meeting. There is no bot in the participant list, no third-party service holding your recording, and no access to your calendar — the recorder knows the call's name and time because it is looking at the tab. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the icon and connect the extension to your Henad workspace. One click; there is nothing to copy or paste. 2. Join a call as normal — Google Meet, Zoom in the browser, or Microsoft Teams in the browser. 3. Tell the others you are recording, then click the icon and press Start recording. The icon reads REC for as long as it runs, and the call keeps playing normally. 4. Press Stop. The recording goes to your Henad, and you get a link to the meeting. WHAT IT RECORDS The call's own audio — the other people — mixed with your microphone, so the transcript has both halves of the conversation. It also reads the participant list off the call page, so the meeting has real names on it instead of "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2". No video. No screen. No other tab, and no other site. WHAT YOU GET IN HENAD A meeting record with the recording, the transcript, and a summary of what was covered, what was settled and what somebody now owes. The proposals sit there until a person accepts them: nothing a model wrote reaches a business record on its own. An accepted follow-up becomes real accountable work against the account it belongs to. REQUIREMENTS A Henad workspace. The recorder is an accessory to Henad and does nothing without one. Chrome, Edge or Brave. Recording a tab's audio needs Chromium APIs that other browsers do not have. PRIVACY Recordings go to one place: the Henad address you paired with. The extension contains no analytics, no tracking and no remote code. Recording a conversation is your decision to announce, and the extension is deliberately obvious about running. Full notice: https://henad.work/legal/recorder
