Overview

Compares a CS2 skin’s price across marketplaces: where to buy the same item for less. Affiliate links labeled; ranking unchanged.

Veriloot compares a CS2 skin’s price on the listing itself. When you look at a skin on a supported marketplace, a Veriloot card appears in a corner of the page (full width in a narrow window). It tells you where the same item sells for less, based on the prices Veriloot observes. No need to open a price checker in another tab. What the card shows - “Cheaper on [marketplace]: €21.96”, with the age of that price, then the price observed on the marketplace you’re on and the gap, shown from 1%. - “You’re already at the lowest price we found”, when that’s the case. - “Only price we have”, when a single marketplace has a recent price: there’s nothing to compare. - For Doppler or Gamma Doppler, prices refer to the phase identified on the listing. If the phase is unknown, no amount is shown. For Fade, no amount is shown because the pattern matters. - “No recent price for this item”, when nothing is measured. Never €0. - A button to the marketplace, and “Compare on Veriloot” for the detail, marketplace by marketplace. - Once the card has shown you a cheaper price elsewhere five times, a small “Rate the extension” link at the bottom. One click on it, or on “Don’t ask again”, removes it for good. Where the prices come from It’s the lowest listing price observed on each marketplace. A price is only used while it’s recent, and the card always shows its age. A price in dollars is converted to euros at the European Central Bank reference rate; the marketplace applies its own rate when you buy. The extension doesn’t read the price of the listing you’re looking at: it compares what Veriloot observed. Where it runs Only on the item listing pages of supported skin marketplaces, listed on veriloot.gg/extension. It runs on no other site. Affiliate links Some buttons are affiliate links: if you use one, the marketplace may pay Veriloot a commission. They’re labeled “affiliate link” in the card, and the tooltip says so. The ranking doesn’t depend on it: the lowest price stays on top, deal or no deal. The button opens the marketplace. The extension changes no link on the page; it only adds its own, inside its card. What it doesn’t do - It doesn’t read your cookies, sign-in credentials, history or other tabs. - It signs in to no account and never acts for you: no buying, no selling, no trading. - It only sends Veriloot the name of the item on screen, the page’s marketplace, the list of marketplaces the card may suggest and, when identified, the Doppler or Gamma Doppler phase. - It counts neither your visits nor your clicks. - It doesn’t run in private browsing: nothing there is read, sent or stored. No account needed, and nothing is charged today. Not affiliated with Valve or Steam. The marketplaces named don’t sponsor or endorse Veriloot. Counter-Strike, CS2 and marketplace names belong to their owners.
