THIS EXTENSION IS FOR BETA TESTING. Launch a Local Application from a Helvetia Web Client.

The general purpose of this Chrome Extension is to launch a PC Application from a Helvetia Web Client Application. This is achieved by sending a message to the Dispatcher which in turn sends it to a Launcher. The Launcher processes the message which usually means to start another Application on the PC.
