This extension adds a custom "Send to HELP" button inside the Bitrix24 company card interface. It allows users to quickly contact their supervisor via internal chat with one click. Key features include: Seamless integration into the Bitrix24 side-panel iframe interface Automatic detection of the responsible employee and their associated HELP chat Supervisor selection from a predefined list Clean message input window for entering text Automatic insertion of a BBCode-formatted link to the company (e.g., [URL]Company Title[/URL]) Direct message sending without opening the chat manually Modal window with a cancel button and smooth animation Internal "Tag Bot" mention for additional tracking or automation This tool is designed to streamline communication between employees and supervisors, making it easier to escalate questions or issues directly from the company card view.
