Among a very few Fax providers, responsive and useful with minimum fees

I joined HelloFax when they were a startup company & now it doesn't work anymore. What the heck happened? It WAS fantastic but now it doesn't work at all... it just let's me think it will work, repeatedly. Very disappointing.

I'm usually quite good at figuring out how to use what is promoted as easy to use. But it took a search on Youtube to find a vid that explained it. So simple, but you folks didn't make it for me. It's an ok app for limited use. Not worth $10 a month for my 1 fax per year. Don't like how you get all my information from both my Google Drive account and worse, my One Drive / One Note account. Took forever to install. After I installed the app I tried to fax 5 pages. They said it would be $9 and change. Really? Uninstalled and now I am here. Bye.

easy so easy and so far it works well I dont send alot of faxes and it tells me it went threw I tested it on my own number and I did receive it so far so good

How did HelloFax ever get such a high rating. I started using it three weeks ago. A week and a half ago, it became impossible to enter the "Faxes" portal to check on incoming faxes or to send one. I complained once, twice, three, four times and all I got in return was, "We are sorry for the inconvenience." So this is what you call a business fax service? It's horrible.

stopped working . then tried reactivating, and still has a problem. Difficult to reach customer support. We use it as a part of our business for many years.

I wanted to FAX a single page. Instead of a send confirmation you get a page that suggests you may buy a subscription (about 10$/month) or pay by means like the address data of your contacts "Import your contacts from Gmail or Yahoo!" to get free pages. In my view such behavior is disgusting. Nevertheless the FAX got sent, it was confirmed by email. So I'll give it two stars and not one.
