Overview

Find the PO number in a Gmail or Outlook email and draft a supplier confirmation in your reply box. Never sends for you.

Chasing suppliers for order confirmations is repetitive. Helios Mail Tools puts a small panel on Gmail and Outlook on the web. - Open a purchase-order email. The panel shows the PO number it found. - Click "Draft supplier confirmation". A short note asking the supplier to confirm receipt and the ship date appears in your reply box, addressed to the supplier and signed with your name if you set one. - Read it, edit it, and send it yourself. The extension never sends email. - Optional: enter your own tracking page address in Settings (HTTPS, for example your ERP's PO page). A button then opens that page for the PO in a new tab. Nothing is set by default. Privacy: the email is read only inside your browser. Nothing is sent to Helios or any other server, and nothing is stored except your two optional settings.
