Hebrew text direction correction at element level

Hebrew RTL fixes broken text direction for Hebrew content on any website. Most English-first websites don't handle Hebrew text properly — paragraphs align left, punctuation lands on the wrong side, and mixed Hebrew-English content looks scrambled. Code blocks, math formulas, URLs, and file paths are always left untouched.
