Heartbeat.ai shows healthcare recruiters how many clinicians they can reach for a job order — without leaving their ATS. Open a saved job order and click the Heartbeat icon in the Chrome toolbar. The side panel recognizes the job; click Check matches and Heartbeat returns: • how many clinician profiles match the job (specialty and location), • how many have a mobile number, and how many a direct email, • profile previews: first name and last initial, specialty and city — contact details stay locked, • one click to open the full search in Heartbeat, already signed in. Works your way: • Saved job pages in Loxo, Zoho Recruit, Manatal and Workable are recognized automatically, with more ATSs coming. • Select part of a job description and click Find candidates. • On any website, select text, right-click and choose Find candidates with Heartbeat. • ATS not supported yet? Right-click and choose Mark the job description, click the description, and send it. You can also help us support your ATS by sharing where the description sits on the page (only the page layout, never its text). Private by design: the extension reads a job only when you click, sends only the job's title, location and description, and asks for access to your ATS only after you choose it. Requires a Heartbeat.ai account (sign in with Google or with your Heartbeat email and password).
