Healthyasat — Misinformation Detector
Overview
Detect and flag misinformation across the web.
Healthyasat is your fact-check sidekick for sniffing out health misinformation, right in your browser. Highlight a sentence on any page, or open the panel on a YouTube video, and we tell you whether the claim is accurate, inaccurate, or unverified. You'll also see a confidence score, a severity rating, and the sources behind the verdict. Who's it for? - Filipino readers sorting health advice from group chats and Facebook posts - Students and journalists fact-checking claims for class or a story - Anyone who wants a sanity check before sharing a "miracle cure" or a "doctors hate this one trick" Why we built it Health advice flies around social media, forwarded messages, and video captions. Most of us don't have time to chase every claim back to its source. Healthyasat puts that check one click away, in the languages Filipino readers actually use. Two easy ways to use it - Any webpage. Highlight a health claim (3+ characters) and a small tooltip pops up with an Analyze button. We pull the platform, context, and source, then show you a verdict chip, a confidence bar, and the matching sources. The selected text gets recolored on the page, so you can see at a glance how much of what you're reading holds up. - YouTube. Open a video and Healthyasat slides into the transcript panel with a clean interface that fits right into the page. We go through the transcript and tell you about each claim as we go. You can tap any timestamp to jump right to that moment in the video. If we've already checked this video, we'll let you know and use the saved answer. What you see on every result - A verdict. Accurate, Inaccurate, or Unverified. - Confidence. 0 to 100% with a color bar. - Severity. Low, Medium, High, or Critical. - Sources. Matches from our database, sorted by how well they fit, or a clear "AI general knowledge" note when a claim isn't backed by our sources. - A report button. Flag a verdict that looks off, and we'll take a look. Languages English and Taglish, both ready to go. Pick one in Settings. Healthyasat remembers your choice and formats dates, numbers, and explanations accordingly.
