Snapshot is an extension that allows providers to view, interact, or update population and patient details at the point of care.

Healthix Snapshot is a browser extension that is a one-time download. Snapshot allows access to the Healthix portal without interrupting workflow. Login in with your Healthix credentials and the landing page will bring you to your daily briefing tabs where you will find a summary of your activity with your associated patients within the past 72 hrs. Including follow up, admits and discharge. Other features include plan of care data and is the perfect place to capture high level notes to document for the transitional care details. Add progress notes, send text messages and search for a full patient profile for a full view of the patient’s health, information, and history. You can export all patient data via the PDF button.
