Overview

Three timers (sit, water, eyes) with system notifications or full-screen overlays. Custom intervals, DND mode, toolbar countdown.

HealthBreak is a small, calm health companion for people who spend long hours at a desk. It runs three independent timers — Sit, Water, and Eyes — each with its own interval, and gently pulls you back to your body when it's time to move, hydrate, or rest your eyes. By default it pops a desktop system notification with Confirm / Snooze buttons that never takes over your page; if you prefer to be forced to stop, switch to the full-screen overlay where the confirm button is locked for 4 seconds — or pick "Both".
