Overview

Send lab results and reports from Gmail to a patient’s chart in healcraft.

healcraft for Gmail files the lab results and reports that arrive by email straight into the patient's chart in healcraft. Open an email from a lab, a colleague or a patient and click the healcraft button. A side panel opens beside the email with: – the email's files, sorted into Lab results and Reports, each with a preview and what it is (blood count and biochemistry, or an ultrasound report) – the patient the email is about, picked only when exactly one fits, with the reason (the email address on their chart, their AMKA, or their name in the subject) – one button: Add to chart Lab results go in as one reading that healcraft starts at once, and you check the values in Reviews, as with any upload. Reports are filed as they are. Phone photos, scanned pages, password-protected PDFs and large files that Gmail sends as Google Drive links work too. Files an email already sent stay out, so nothing goes in twice. Sorting happens on your computer: the panel uses no AI and sends nothing anywhere to sort a file. healcraft reads a file only after you add it to the chart. The first time it opens, the panel shows what it reads, sends and keeps. You need a healcraft account. The panel uses this Chrome's healcraft sign-in: sign in at www.healcraft.app and the panel signs in with you. Beta: open to the practices we invite while we test it.
