Headset control integration for Amazon Connect — syncs call state with USB headset LEDs and buttons

WebHID is not natively accessible when using default Amazon Connect CCP and Agent Workspace. This extension aims to provide an easy-to-use interface for enabling full functionality of headset physical controls such as Answer Call/End Call, Mute/Unmute buttons on inline devices for wired USB headsets and USB receivers for Bluetooth headsets.
