Headset Control for Amazon Connect

Control Amazon Connect calls from your headset: answer, end, mute, hold, plus caller ID, agent status & wrap-up in a side panel.

WebHID is not natively accessible when using default Amazon Connect CCP and Agent Workspace. This extension aims to provide an easy-to-use interface for enabling full functionality of headset physical controls such as Answer Call/End Call, Mute/Unmute buttons on inline devices for wired USB headsets and USB receivers for Bluetooth headsets. Available in English (en), Spanish (es), Portuguese (pt), Japanese (ja), French (fr), German (de), Chinese (zh-Hans), and Chinese (zh-Hant). You can switch headsets easily during calls. Just be mindful of the mute. If your headset's on-device mute falls out of sync or inverts at any time, use the extension's mute button to sync it back up. Use "Auto-detect buttons" to auto-map your headset and test functionality. If all of your buttons don't work correctly, use "Enable raw HID capture" and press each button per action in any order. For example, if you only have one button for Answer call, press it twice leaving about 5 seconds in between presses. Same if you have one button for mute (MuteOn/MuteOff). Then choose "Export diagnostics", which will download a diagnostic file to your local PC. You can then email us at support@yokiistudio.com with your headset Brand and Model, and we'll work on adding it to our Supported Devices list. You can also use "Teach a button" to try manually mapping each button if your headset does not use universal mapping.
