Overview

Answer Webex Contact Center calls with your USB headset button (Jabra, Poly, EPOS...). Works in every Webex CC Desktop region.

Answer incoming Webex Contact Center calls by pressing the button on your USB headset, the same way you would answer a desk phone. HOW IT WORKS 1. Turn the extension on and open Webex Contact Center Desktop. 2. Click "🎧 Link headset" (bottom left) and choose your headset. You only do this once: the browser remembers it. 3. When a call comes in, your headset rings and its light turns on. 4. Press the answer button on your headset. The call is answered in Webex. FEATURES • Works on every Webex Contact Center Desktop region: desktop.wxcc-us1, -eu1, -eu2, -anz1, -ca1, -jp1, -sg1 and any future region. • Works with the Webex interface in any language. • Works even when the Webex tab is in the background. • It only answers. It never hangs up, mutes or transfers calls. • Between calls the headset is released and works as usual with your other apps. • Change headsets at any time from the extension popup. • Interface in English and Spanish. COMPATIBLE HEADSETS Tested with Jabra Link 400 and Plantronics (Poly) D100. It should also work with other USB headsets that follow the standard HID telephony protocol, such as EPOS, Logitech and Yealink. Requires Chrome or Microsoft Edge on desktop (it uses WebHID). PRIVACY The extension collects no data. It doesn't read or store information about calls, contacts or agents, and it sends nothing to any server. It only runs on the Webex Contact Center agent desktop (desktop.wxcc-*.cisco.com). This is an independent extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cisco. Webex is a trademark of Cisco Systems, Inc.
