HeadHonta Interview Assistant helps recruiters prepare and conduct interviews on Google Meet, Zoom Web, and Microsoft Teams. • Generate a role-specific question guide from a job description and candidate CV in your HeadHonta workspace. • Capture audio from the meeting tab you select and view live transcription in the side panel. • Mark questions asked, write notes, and save the transcript and notes to the interview record. Sign in through the HeadHonta web app using your existing account, including multi-factor authentication when enabled. A verified account and recruiter workspace are required. Start capture only after obtaining participants’ consent. Meeting audio is sent to HeadHonta’s transcription service. Candidate CV and job description content may be processed by HeadHonta’s configured AI provider to generate the question guide.
